Tax Policy
California state residents are subject to sales tax.
We ship via USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground/Express to the United States 48 Lower States.
All sales are FINAL. However, if there is any discrepancy or defective with the products, you could report for returns. All packages disputes must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All items returned must be in "New" condition with no damage, with all accessories and manuals, etc. Opened software cannot be refunded. For all refunds, returns, exchanges and defects, items must be returned to us before we process issue. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost. Shipping Fees are Non-refundable. Returns are usually processed within 3 days from the time item is received. Returns with missing accessories will incur an additional 20% re-stock fee, otherwise 15% re-stock fee will be applied if return. All packaging must be in original state with original box. Seller is NOT responsible for missing or damaged item after 7 days of delivery.

Software Standard Return Policy
* Return Retail Software for refund within: 7 days (must be unopened)
* Return OEM Software for refund within: non-refundable
* Return Defective (Retail or OEM) Software for replacement within: 7 days

Products that state "This item is covered by Geekzany's Replacement Only 7-Day Return Policy", or items labeled as “Non-refundable” (or similar labeling) must be returned to Geekzany within 7 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Geekzany, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return or refund, and will result in the merchandise you have returned to Geekzany being returned to you:
* Software items that have been opened (if requesting a refund)
* Software items lacking the original packaging, inside materials or Product Activation key used
